ALL classes are for ALL levels. Yoga meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30pm. Monday’s class is in the style of a vinyasa flow class and will induce a bit of a sweat. Wednesday’s class is in the style of a restorative yin class, with each pose being held for a few minutes at a time. Both classes are challenging in their own way and seem to complement each other. Classes are taught by Lynn Gallagher (and sometimes her substitutes).
We provide mats, blocks and straps. You are also very welcome to bring your own.
